Home visits are available on request for regular patients whose condition prevents them from attending the clinic. Home visits are bulk billed for Pensioner and Healthcare Card Holders.

Standard consultations last up to 15 minutes. If you need more time with your Doctor, please arrange an extended consultation when booking. At times, you may experience a waiting period due to Doctors tending to urgent or complex medical issues. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Fees vary due to the length and complexity of a consultation and are determined by individual GPs. Please ask reception for the fee schedule.
Full payment is required on the day of the consultation and can be made by cash, EFTPOS or credit card. Please discuss any concerns regarding payment with your Doctor, as fees can be altered at their discretion.
Please note, holders of pension or health care cards and children under 16 years are bulk billed.
Test Results will not be given over the phone as reception or nursing staff are not qualified to discuss this with you – only your doctor.
These results must be interpreted by the doctor, and we maintain 100% confidentiality. You may ring to see if your results are in and make an appointment to discuss this with your doctor.
We also issue reminder letters for ongoing health concerns. Also, all relevant information is sent to the appropriate bodies for recording on national/state/territory reminder systems/registers.
Generally, the doctors are unable to take calls unless they are emergency calls to minimise interruptions during consultations.
You may leave a message, and he/she will return it as soon as possible.
Management of Your Personal Health Information
Your medical record is a confidential document. It is a policy of this practice to maintain privacy and security of it at all times.
We will not disclose your personal health information to a third party unless you have consented to it or if you are at risk of harm without treatment and you are unable to give consent.
Personal Health information may be disclosed for the following reasons: For communicating relevant information with other treating doctors, specialists or allied health professionals, for follow up reminder/recall notices, accounting procedures, accreditation, disease notification as required by law for court orders or subpoenas or research purposes.
If you have any concerns about your personal health information, please discuss this with your doctor. When needed we would ask for your written consent for the disclosure of your personal health information.
If you feel you would like to discuss any matter outside our surgery, you may contact the AMA, Medical Registration Board or Health Care Complaints Commission, on ph: 8601 5200. We welcome your comments and feedback as to how our services may be improved.
